Excellent Shotokan GB weekend course in Manchester this Saturday. Good turnout and great effort from everybody. High grades were in for a special treat and now realise how much work they need to do before the August course, Dan gradings and competitions. Hope everyone enjoyed the course and we will have a great turnout this Saturday.
